Log deck is unique. It works as a step feeder, but with long steps. Its function is superior to a chain deck for feeding in good order, and it provides higher availability. As a bonus, our deck is cheaper than a chain deck. Our conveyors are assembled with screws, which gives a high resistance to fatigue. A superior low price is another great advantage.

The deck is a step feeder with long steps, 2 metres. It feeds bunches of logs in good order, parallel, and at a low level at the end. At one side is a wall, and the deck leans 1.5 degrees toward it; the logs slide towards the wall and get an even end.
Single and double-acting step feeder.
Step feeders in light or heavy construction, with hydraulic cylinders or with crank shaft and electric gear motor. A specially shaped step, patented, divides logs of differing diameters one by one.
Even function. It gives a small gap between the logs.

Receiver and long conveyors.
Our conveyors are built of cut and bent plates. Assembly is performed with bolts only — no welding — which ensures a high fatigue resistance and allows the costs to be reduced. The carrier chain is of roller type with short links: this decreases polygon effect and noise emission and increases durability. The receiver conveyors are supported by rubber bushings. Dimension and chain size depend on log size and processing.

Log pushers, single or double acting, are bolted to the conveyor. The pushers are operated by hydraulic cylinders or by electric gear motors.
Revolver turner in two types: with outfeed conveyor, or open with a cross feeding deck underneath.
Revolver turned by electric gear motor. The ditch walls have free-hanging heavy plates which the logs smash towards. A stop plate holds the incoming logs before turning. With this technique our revolver turner has very high capacity. Design patent.
Sorting line with pockets on one side or on both.
